1. About AbikCare

AbikCare is a Nigerian grocery ordering and delivery service operating within Nigeria. Availability of items and delivery coverage may vary by location.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must create an account to use AbikCare.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is a request to purchase items in your cart.
• Orders are confirmed when we accept and begin processing.
• We may contact you about substitutions if items are unavailable.

4. Pricing and Product Availability

• Prices may change without notice, but you pay the price shown at checkout.
• Images are illustrative; packaging may differ.
• If an item is unavailable, we may suggest a substitute or remove it and adjust the total.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by operational factors.
• You must provide a correct address and reachable phone number.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may reschedule and/or apply an additional fee where applicable.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Paystack. AbikCare does not store your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may request cancellation before your order is marked as processing/packed.
• Once processing or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds, where applicable, follow Paystack timelines and may take several business days.
• For damaged/incorrect items, contact support within a reasonable time and provide evidence where possible.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for claims related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including temporary suspension for maintenance or security.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and software are owned by AbikCare or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
